it is a great knife. it comes sharp out of the box. it has a convex edge grind.
my experiances with the knife so far are good. it is great for batoning. and an excellent chopper. the only cons are that 1. its made in Taiwan 2. its a naked, uncoated blade. for high carbon steel it might rust. 3. it comes with a leather sheath. I'm just not a fan of leather sheath in general, but the one it comes with this knife is relay good quality. it has retention which you don't see in allot or leather sheaths. all and all I'm very satisfied with this knife.
