I am sure these rods are great as all reviews are very good. However, this particular item is NOT a spinning rod as pictured and when I clearly stated this in my return (I had bought 2 of these in this order), Amazon promptly shipped me 2 more CASTING rods. Nowhere in the add does it say casting rod to contradict the photo. One of the replacement rods was broken as they were shipped only in BUBBLE WRAP, no BOX. I am still looking to get a spinning version, but probably wont buy it here. Disappointed is an understatement. Customer service was not interested in hearing the spinning/casting issue. She just wanted me off the phone and the case closed.
