I normally need a 6.5 wide. I ordered these shoes in a 6.5 wide only to discover that they do not come in special widths - one width only! I decided to try them anyway - they felt very snug when I tried them on at first, even with bare feet. Once I got running I was very impressed! The flexible shoe upper is perfect (once I got going I realized wide would have been too large). A few blisters formed while breaking them in, but now they work great for medium to long distance jogging. Afterward I remove the insoles for faster drying time.
