Our zafu is a round traditional meditation cushion with pleated sides. The cover is made of cotton twill fabric. The zafu is stuffed with buckwheat hulls and is adjustable with zipper opening. All our zafus are double-stitched for extra strength and come with a carrying handle. Each zafu is approximately 14" in diameter and 7" in height and and weight 7 lbs. The zabuton is filled with natural kapok. The kapok is packed to provide solid support, and yet is soft and comfort. The outer cover is made of cotton twill fabric and has a zipper along one length so that it can be easily removed and washed. Inside the cover, the kapok is enclosed in a casing. Each zabuton is approximately 33" long by 30" wide and may fits people up to 6' tall.

I'm a large man, over 350 pounds. This set of cushions got me off a chair and on the floor for my meditation. The zabuton provides great cushion for my knees and the zafu fully supports my spine. The product literature says it is like sitting in sand, spot on! The cover for the zabuton cleans up like a dream in the washer (I have three cats that are magnetically drawn to the cushion so clean up is a must). The shipping was fast and all in all I am SATISFIED!
