I would give this Navy Pea Coat a rank of 5 Stars. It is a very nice coat. But, overall, I am giving a rank of only 3 Stars. For the shipping charge of $6.50, Rothco shipped my Navy Pea Coat in a GARBAGE BAG! Really?! Has Rothco ever heard of cardboard boxes? At the very least, I expect my $99.00 very expensive Navy Pea Coat to be shipped in a sturdy cardboard box so that it can be protected from the harsh treatment of the shipping process.
