This this is a great work out utensil I suggest it for anyone who wants to get in shape. The weights are only 1 pound each and the vest has ability to conform to your body using straps. My only dislike about the product is the stitching for the shoulders. I personally reinforced mine with an old book bag that I don't use anymore. The problem was when I was running the left side tore a bit but it was enough to make a decent size hole in the left front where the black meets the blue. I sewed up the hole and reinforced it book bag straps on both shoulders now the 30 lbs. don't effect the shoulders anymore..

Just an observation here you do sweat a lot when using this so consider wearing a underarmor shirt to keep you dry. It works for me I hope it works for you!
