I've had these shoes for the better part of my 11 months of climbing. They are my first and only aggressive pair of down-turned shoes. My previous pair is pretty flat (MadRock Phoenix). The lacing from the Phoenix pair drove me towards a simpler design. This slipper is great! It's tight where it needs to be and not harsh on the top of my foot. I did notice that the black elastic surrounding the topmost pulltab is stretched, though. However, it doesn't seem to hurt performance or affect my climbing in any way.

I boulder indoors on average 2-3 times a week for about an hour, up to three. They haven't worn out yet, however, I'm not an aggressive climber. I don't climb heavy overhangs. I average v1/v2 and have finished 4 v4. And they have not been used outdoors. It will be hard to replace these! Also, not many climbing shoes are green. But it's my favorite color and it's a pretty good shade of green =]
