The reason I chose this shoe as opposed to other ballroom shoes is because it fit better than any of the other shoes I tried on. However, when I actually wore them out to the club, I found it very hard to turn (I usually go out salsa dancing in them). Had I just been walking around, they would have been great - really held their shape etc. But if you are wanting a shoe that is easy to dance in, I'd recommend something else. I don't think these are worth the high price tag (although they are very cute!). As for sizing, these did match up very well to my normal street shoe size.
