I've tried several different shoes for Zumba, including other "dance" athletic shoes. This is my second pair of Zumba shoes and I love them. They enable me to get the most out of my workout. Good traction yet pivot points allow for moving and sliding. I'm 45 now and gotta watch the knees. Also was wearing an ankle brace at times but no longer have to with the high tops.
