I'm a fan of HH. I was torn between this bag and the North Face, and Patagonia equivalents which i didn't purchase and haven't tried yet.

Pros:
I like the lifetime warranty,
This bag is very water proof and durable,
The backpack straps are nice,
I love the tuck-a-way compartment on top for the backpack straps,
This bag has large heavy zippers. I love this feature.
The stitching and connection points all look strong,
This bags color combo is not overly boring or bold so it is easy to identify on an airport baggage belt without looking like a mark.
The side walls are sufficiently thick that once you've used the bag once they will stand up. This feature combined with the "U" shaped zippered opening on top makes it super easy to see and stack your clothing and gear inside.
The tie down straps are tough and they held for me. These come in handy and are very useful if you have to throw this on your back and run.

Cons:
I wish there was either a traditional cross body duffel strap or that there were anchor points centered on the top so that I could change the way it hangs. I typically travel with a backpack on and a duffel thrown over a shoulder. This is not as easily accomplished with only the backpack strap configuration option.
