The KlickFix self-adjusting mounting hardware will mount to various racks with 8-16mm tubing. This hardware is both strong and secure with its manual locking system. The METRO Pannier is sold as a single piece and can be mounted on either the right or left side of your bike rack.

There's a "newer" version Velotransit has which includes an inner zip pocket and shoulder carrying straps. When ordered through amazon (at this point anyway) you get the original which does not include these. I simply called Velotransit and they are sending the pocket and carrying straps to me!! Wonderful customer service, you can't beat good customer service. Love the product as well, perfect. 5 stars
