I order this Derailleur after breaking my X0 Derailleur. This one actually shift better and even look better. The outer cage is made of carbon and it has nice white finish that look good with my frame (just nice, but still). It really does shift better for whatever reason. The price is about half and the wight difference is next to nothing - really is a great deal compare to X0 if you have SRAM shifters and just need the Derailleur - The Shimano XT with comparable performance (but little heavier) costs less. So if you are building a new system and your are not SRAM fun (SRAM as more immediate shifting to it, but also feels stiffer), then I think money wise, go with Shimano's. This one shift great under power (I have 1X10 setup with the front chain ring being 36t on my AM bike) and have no problem shifting no matter what. Great product (but a little pricy compare with other brands).
